A 50% deposit is required before any design work can start and to secure a spot in Smitten Paper Design's production calendar. When the invitations are done the remainder of the balance must be paid before the invitations are shipped or delivered.
The cost of flat rate shipping to US is $40.00 in Canadian dollars.

Due to the nature of hand made invitations and stationery, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Smitten Paper Designs highly recommends that the proofs are double checked for approval. If changes are required after the draft is approved the client will be responsible for reprint and reassembly fees.
Smitten Paper Designs is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by the client (i.e. Spelling, locations information, phone numbers and websites, etc). It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the information provided to Smitten Paper Designs during the drafting process is accurate.
Smitten Paper Designs is not responsible for errors that were missed during the drafting process.
Once the draft is approved, print and assembly will begin.
Your purchase includes unlimited photo email proofs to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the finished product. Please note that these changes refer to the changes and modifications in colour and text.
Other changes such as to the original design or excessive design change requests may be subject to an additional design fee.
Please also note that colours may vary slightly due to different brightness and contrast on each computer screen. It is highly recommended that samples are purchased to ensure that the client is satisfied with the quality and colour of the products.
